Tasks

You will have an impact on:

• Help us to grow the business together with the founding team
• Take ownership and work highly independent on one of the various projects for our CEO and venture development team
• Support closely on the entire fundraising process from start to finish and assist in creating beautiful pitch decks and insightful analyses
• Set up scalable processes across Excel, our CRM System and Notion
• Take ownership and work highly independently on one of the various projects for our CEO and venture development team
• Work in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and help to turn our company into a unicorn

Requirements

What you will add to our Crew:

• You are successfully studying business administration, economics, or another business-related degree in your 2nd semester or higher
• You have relevant work experience in a fast-paced work environment (e. g. start-up environment, consulting, investment banking, venture capital)
• You have exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
• You bring an outside perspective to the table and are not afraid to share your thoughts with us
• You are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset
• You enjoy having lots of responsibility
• You are fluent in English and confident in German
